Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (sales events, holidays), processing times may be extended by 1–3 additional business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Important Notes for International Orders

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control these costs.
  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
  • Restricted Countries: We currently do not ship to countries subject to trade embargoes or export restrictions. At checkout, unavailable destinations will not appear as shipping options.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), please contact us at [support@yourstore.com].
  • Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a report with your local authorities and contact us — we will do our best to assist.
  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.


P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS for domestic standard shipping only. Expedited and overnight options are not available for these address types.


Holiday Shipping

During the holiday season, we strongly recommend placing orders early to account for carrier delays. Guaranteed delivery dates for holidays will be announced on our website seasonally.
